tempeh tonight, according to the package it's Indonesian. According to me, it taste like yuckyness. Gross. I chopped it up to fry (2nd image) with some soy sauce and nothing can help the bark like taste tempeh exudes.
Below, on the plus side, is
Trader Joe's microwavable Pad Thai. It's so good, I can't believe it only costs $2.99, because I could order the same thing from
Lemon Grass Grill for $9.00 and it wouldn't taste any differently. I love Trader Joe's, so must cheaper than shitty
Jubilee down town here in the financial district.
