It tasted like crap. And quite frankly, I think it looks a bit like it too. The lesson I learned is this: buy fake meat, don't try to recreate it yourself. Better yet, don't cave into the pressure to create fake meat in the first place. Below: Out of the oven, almost on my plate. The "gravy" however, was delicious.
